These terms govern the use of ranartech.com and, in general form, the engineering services provided by RanarTech. Specific engagements are governed by individually signed proposals or agreements, which take precedence over this page.
RanarTech provides software engineering services including AI-powered solutions, cloud infrastructure, blockchain & Web3 development, DevOps automation, quality assurance, and technology consulting. Engagements are fixed-price, retainer, or time-and-materials as agreed per proposal.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 100% of code, documentation, and deliverables produced under a paid engagement transfer to the client upon payment. Work is delivered in the client's repositories from the first sprint.
We are NDA-friendly and happy to sign before any detail is shared. Credentials and infrastructure access are never retained beyond an engagement.
